Can you get your modem to disconnect when someone is trying to call? - modem netodragon v2

I have a 56k modem NetoDragon. I have not been able to find much information about this modem. This is an old computer with Win98. I call on hold. I know it's a service called CallWave. I thought it was a way to change the settings on the modem properties? In the hope someone can help me. Thank you.
